We have a princess fairy on our hands! We won’t be heading out for Halloween due to germs, so Mr. Skry and I decided to dress up Peyton for a quick photo-op. Isn’t she the cutest?!? The tutu was sent to her all the way from Wyoming and the wings are compliments of one of the Nicu nurses. She’s definitely getting bigger, but most costumes are still way too big for her. Not to worry–we made it works thanks to chip clips! You can see it holding her tutu on in the back.
After taking her picture, it had me reminiscing over the many outfits and dress up days in the Nicu. Poor Peyton is going to hate us when she’s older! Not only have we put her in tutus and tieras, but I’ve also posted half naked pictures of her for tens of thousands of people to see!!! Don’t worry, it’s not going to stop. We have many more days of dress up ahead for the Skrysak household. I look forward to the day when she can play dress up with her dolls and we’ll bring out the outfits that she first wore in the hospital. Check out the gallery of pictures…she’s been “dressing up” since birth! From her first bow to a special tiara from a Nicu nurse, Peyton has been stylish in her short time here. We are so excited to be experiencing all of these special “firsts”. I know that back in June when she was born, we never thought this would be a reality. Enjoy and have a wonderful Halloween!
